How to Know Which Food Cause Eczema





I tell you knowing which type of food or which food cause eczema, can be one step closer to your victory over eczema related illness. Our body react to different types of foods in different ways. 

We should take note of our body reactions to certain food and see if there is any allergy, if there is, you should stop eating that particular type of food. 

so the question of all question is which food cause eczema?

Below is a list of foods suspected to cause eczema:

1. Wheat products: This includes bread and cereals, pancakes, donuts, muffins, crackers, etc drinks and beverages made from wheat products also can cause eczema.

 2. Dairy products: Dairy products especially cow milk and all the food that are having cow milk content like butter, cheese, yogurt, chocolate, pastries, etc all these dairy products can cause eczema.

3. Sea foods: Sea food can cause eczema to appear on your skin, mostly scaly fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines, trout, etc and also some crustaceans like oysters, octopus, snails, squid, etc.

4. Acidic fruits: Acidic fruits like blueberries, cranberries, prunes, and currants can cause an outbreak of eczema.

5. Nuts: Peanuts, cashews, walnut, almonds, etc.

6. Eggs: All foods that contains eggs should be avoided as they can cause eczema too.
You should keep a journal of all the types of food you eat for at least a week and note any changes on your body either positive or negative to know which food you should avoid and which one you should eat more of. 

You can start with these list above to note if your eczema is improving by avoiding such types of foods or not.
